Grow your patch
You move first with the cream leaf seeds. Choose one, then a marked empty space. A dot clones it one step away, keeping the original. An arrow jumps it two steps away, leaving its old space empty.
Getting your game ready…
You move first with the cream leaf seeds. Choose one, then a marked empty space. A dot clones it one step away, keeping the original. An arrow jumps it two steps away, leaving its old space empty.
Opposing seeds touching your landing space become yours. Only neighbours at the destination change. Use touch, or arrow keys and Enter/Space to choose your seed and destination. Escape clears the choice.
A side with no legal move passes automatically. Play ends when the board fills, one side has no seeds, or neither side can move. The larger seed count wins; equal counts draw. Your score is your final seed count.
Cloning grows your count by one before any conversions. Jumping reaches farther, but opens the space you leave behind. Look for the computer’s next landing spot before taking a tempting group.
Keep access to empty spaces instead of surrounding every seed. Easy picks freely, Normal weighs growth, and Hard considers a reply. Changing the opponent or choosing Restart begins a fresh board.
Hex Bloom takes inspiration from Hexxagon’s clone-and-jump play, with original leaf-and-ring seeds. Here, a blocked side passes; empty spaces are never awarded automatically. Its 61-space board gives both sides room to spread.
