Banana Stand

Getting your game ready…

How to play

Pick, put out, take payment

Tap a tree to drop its ripe fruit into your basket, then tap the stand. Your fruit goes into the crates, waiting customers take what they came for, and each tap rings up one buyer. A bubble with fruit means a customer is still waiting; a coin means they have their fruit and are ready to pay. On a keyboard, 1 to 6 pick from each tree, S or Space works the stand, B buys the next goal and P pauses.

Spend coins to grow

The shop below the stand turns coins into a bigger business. Another tree grows more fruit and brings more customers. A bigger basket saves trips. Pickers fetch fruit to the crates for you, and a cashier rings up buyers. Each new fruit sells for more than the last. Grow grapes, the sixth fruit, to complete the stand; you can then open a fresh stand where every sale is worth more.

Strategy

Watch the little clocks

Each waiting customer has a small clock on their bubble. When it empties they walk away without buying, and nothing is lost except that sale. If the same fruit keeps running short, plant another of its trees or hire a picker before reaching for a new fruit. A tree that is full stops growing, so a dashed ring under it means fruit is waiting to be picked.

Let the helpers mind the stand

Pickers and a cashier keep working when you switch tabs or close the game, for up to two hours. Pickers alone fill the crates, but buyers then wait at the counter for you, so a cashier is what turns time away into coins. The highlighted goal in the shop is a good order to buy things in when you are unsure.

About the game

A small shop that runs itself

Banana Stand is an original fun small games take on idle shop games, where you start by doing every job yourself and gradually hire help until the stand runs without you. The customers are the same jungle animals you meet across the site, and every stand plays out the same way from the same choices, so the stand that you build is the result of what you decided to buy.
